FS: Mint/Unplayed Beethoven-Symphonies-Bohm & Barbirolli LP box sets

These came in today as a donation at the RSPCA shop where I do volunteer work.
Money raised will go to the RSPCA.

The lady donor said they had been an unwanted gift to her late husband - neither of them like classical music and she said they had not been played at all.
So MINT / UNPLAYED.

The first is a 9 LP DG box set of Karl Bohm conducting the Vienna Philharmonic in a classic recording of all 9 Beethoven symphonies.
You can see how the light catches the LP shown that it has that "new lustre" - the LPs look totally immaculate in both the sets on offer here.

I'll ask £40 UK delivered for the Beethoven set.





And a 6 LP set of the great "Glorious John" Barbirolli conducting a wide variety of classical pieces.

I'll ask £20 UK delivered for the Barbirolli set.







Offers considered, but obviously I want to maximise the ££ that the charity will receive.

These almost make me wish I still had LP playing gear!

If I didn't already have the Bohm/Vienna Philharmonic Beethoven Symphonies on DG, I would buy it myself. It's a superb set of recordings and the price you are asking is more than fair.
