    watch out for them
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

I've sent a message to the seller to ask if his items are nicked, no reply as yet! Perhaps everyone should bug him with messages

Surely the police have been notified? And the items reported at the websites they are listed on?
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Read the thread on Pink Fish, really shocked nothing is being done about this. Did the stolen Naim ever surface?

Presumably the Naim is the one also stolen - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Naim-Xds-...0AAOSw5wRdFSgD - I've reported all 3 as Fraudulent, not that it will likely do any good - no way to put in any comments but hopefully if enough people do it will get pulled again - until the next time! Bunch of scumbags.

I only looked at the links put up, not off the Ebay profile.

If no one is doing anything, could Sheriffs be involved, or do they need a court order?

The police have been notified some days ago, so presumably they will get round to it. There's really no point in doing anything else.

Having been the owner of a debt collection company, there is always something you can do, providing the complainant wishes to again involves expenses and drawn out court proceedings. Though usually the county court judges are more 'compliant' these days
Personally I would have taken a different coarse of action which may or may not involved bituminous liquids and or possibly (not) avian off casts

The bottom line is sly pricks are out and about and are brazen enough not to worry whether you will or will not take any action other than insurance company claim(s)
