No, the air in my head is constantly refreshed, the wind blows in one ear and out the other. But I have to get my ears syringed regularly to maintain the through-draught, especially before flying anywhere. Have you ever seen what happens to a bag of crisps while on a plane? My head does that and it's really painfulDead air? If that similar to what's between your ears? Or is that stale air?
