    And from me, had a spinal fusion 5 years ago after years of debilitating pain, just about back to normal now and picking the kids up from time to time too that's the best bit

    How will we know who you are? Name badges seem a bit naff but could be useful. I have one that says Alan Firebottle.

    With me it's always the loudest trousers, so I'm hoping nobody betters that.

    Just print this and use it as a lapel badge. At least members will see each other.
