You only go to the continent though where there's no time difference. When you go somewhere that is 8-10 hours behind the UK you'll be awake at 5am too.

Anyway, it's been a lovely day here in Wrexham - the first proper nice day for weeks! Currently just over 20C, bright and sunny, so for the first time in ages we'll be having our tea al fresco, accompanied by a nice bottle of vino!

Same goes for people who go gambling on holidays. What's wrong with BetFred or Ladbrokes?
Does the Ladbrokes by you have a Craps table? Poker table? Waitresses bringing you free drinks? Can you get a decent steak there? No? Neither does the one by me.

Ah, gotcha.... Perhaps, but trust me once my head hits the pillow, it take A LOT of shifting!

Slept through our house alarm going off once.... All I need is it to be dark, and in a comfy bed, and I'm off to the land of nod for a good 9 hours.

When my old man's no longer around (as at the moment he comes first, should he need proper care at some point), we plan on visiting the US, India and China, among other countries, as we'll be free agents then, so I'll let you know then if I'm waking up or not there at 5am
