    There is B&W for Nakamichi, Brian Reeves if you have a Revox to name two obvious candidates.
    Alex Nitkin is another gifted technician. Dr. Walkman for portable Sony’s.

    You could sign up to www.tapeheads.net and introduce yourself and the makes of deck that require attention.
    The Tapeheads membership is very knowledgeable, helpful and affable.

    I’d make the above my first stop.

    Sadly Alex Nikitin isn't doing any repair work. He moved to a new job in Cheshire about 3 years ago, and doesn't have the time

    I could take a look at them, I service almost anything.
    However I am base in the West Midlands, so not close.
