Technically, acting against the will of the people is not treason. For it to be treason you have to act directly against the monarch or support the enemies of the monarch.

Only if you are English. I'm no fan of jingoistic 'We're better than everyone else' nonsense. But having respect for the history and achievements of your nation is not a bad thing.

I also like Farage, I admire him for what he has achieved so far against all the odds. if anyone has a problem with that, well tough shit.
Farage is a total no mark. Being patriotic has nothing to do with it. IMO he is limp wanked cock of a career politician. A horrid fucker

Indeed, and he's also a closet racist/BNP supporter, so no way do we want *that* as a PM (sorry, Bev)...

If he's a BNP supporter why is he not in the BNP? Just because you say these things does not make them true.

Simply making things up about people whose views you do not agree with is not political debate. I find it quite disturbing.

I agree with the latter, which I suspect sums up every proud English person here, and rightly so!

However, unfortunately the bad apples among your nation, especially some travelling abroad representing your country [and also racist groups and thugs/football hooligans who've tainted the meaning of your flag, including, for that matter, the Union Jack] has lead to a situation where flying the England flag is seen by some as meaning something quite different to, say, flying a Scottish or Welsh flag, which hasn't been misused in that way, and therefore isn't tainted.

As usual in life, as with so many things, the bad applies spoil things for everyone else!

I'm not making it up at all. He's sympathises with many of the views of the BNP. A lot of the stuff he says speaks for itself, and if you do some research, you'll see plenty of evidence of behaviour from him that you'd struggle to consider as being anything other than fundamentally racist in nature.

If you have the evidence than present it. Just saying it is so is empty rhetoric and reminiscent of the tactics used in absolute dictatorships to discredit opposition.
