All they care about is London and the south. The rest of the country could rot, as far as they're concerned, so why the fuck would we [northerners] ever vote for them??

He’s no friend to Liverpool either.

Indeed, mate. I wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire, never mind vote for the wanker, and neither would anyone with any sense, who purports to be grounded in the values of the real world.

Were you from Liverpool originally, Tony?

So, Brian, does that mean it's the only place that matters, and the rest of the UK can be treated as second-class citizens? Where's the fairness or equality in that?

There's also plenty of wealth created by North Sea oil, which is why so many Scots want independence, and to divorce themselves from being controlled by London-centric governments, and their London-centric policies

. The fairness occurs in the fact that London subsidises both Scotland and Wales so there not being treated like second class citizens it would seem

The fact is, if Scotland was able to (rightfully) keep all the money it generated from North Sea oil, and other significant streams of home-grown revenue, most of the profits from which currently go to London, it wouldn't need 'subsidised'!

In any case, that doesn't detract from the fact that BJ has shown nothing but complete contempt for Scotland (and the north of the UK), so why would anyone in their right mind from that area vote for him? I'd only ever vote for someone whom I felt that I had something in common with, and who was down to earth and lived in the real world, hence why 'wee Jimmy Krankie' does for me...

Blow-Job boy doesn't even begin to tick any of those boxes.
