FS: Gate Audio Valve Pre-Amplifier with MM Phono Stage

As part of my clearout ahead of my house move, I’m also moving on my Gate Valve PreAmp.

Bought earlier in the year from Tom (montesquieu), it was paired with my Croft 5C also for sale.

Really simple point to point wiring with a lovely MM Phono stage.

Currently using 4 x 12AX7’s in the PreAmp & Phono stages as well as a NOS Svetlana & JJ.

Looking to get back what I paid for it so £300 + £30 insured P&P which really is a bargain considering there’s over £50 of virtually new tubes.

Collection from Cambridgeshire also an option and I do travel between there & Northampton with work most days so delivery somewhere in between can also be arranged.

I.owned this between Tom and Jake, it's a very nice pre. Wouldn't have sold it if I had the room for 3 pres. (I kept the solid state and TVC purely for personal preference and synergy but this was the best valve pre I'd owned.)

Yes it’s a great natural sounding pre-amp.

I’m currently using my Nova Fidelity X40 Streamer as my pre in an attempt to cut down box count ahead of my move otherwise I’d keep it in my system
