dont really know much about him, or the fact the woman's mother was coloured tbh. i dont follow the papers etc or radio.
seems he took it down quickly, but not quick enough. Not sure just sacking someone is the answer as it will likely make him racist if he wasnt before.
would have preferred he had been put on a proper course etc, and then allowed to see the error of his ways.
