    Hi,

    Does the £160 include p&p?

Shane replied to me on Pfm to say these were the silver silk version. A while ago I bought the black ones, they were moved on pretty quick. I wanted to give them another chance and bought some more, this time with the silver silk inside. Let's just say I'm selling off most of my other headphones now.

Also have bought HD580s off Shane in the past. Perfect and as described, deal with confidence.

    Hi Shane,

Sorry for being dumb but what makes the silver silk version better?

    Cheers

To be honest I don't know, and I don't really care which material is better/worst. The most important thing is the sound, and these sound lovely.

I think I first found out about it on this thread. As ever, some dispute it was a different driver. There's another thread that said it was the actual silver silk that made the difference not any change in drivers.
