Usher CP 6371’s are a great speaker, quite large with a ‘big’sound.

Not sure how much you want to spend, if you’re thinking under a grand the Q Acoustics 3050i’s would probably fit the bill, they’re 92db sensitivity so plenty of volume from very little power, a friend of mine has a pair in a pretty big room and drives them with a Cambridge CXA60 with plenty of power in reserve, I have the same amp and drive QA Concept 40s but can’t comment as to how they’d handle a larger room.

Some 15" Tannoys in a big cabinet or Spendor sp100 will love having that amount of space.
If you want more modern neutral sounding speakers, the big pro style monitors (with the spider basket) from PMC will be awesome.

There's an obvious candidate that nobody's mentioned, the Klipschorns. Glorious sound and effortless oomph! Deep pockets needed though.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
