    £200 fine? Should be a flogging offence.

    Getting stuck behind the wankers at traffic lights because they are on the phone and haven't noticed that the light has gone green. They need to be dragged out of their cars and shot at the side of the road. Double tap. In the face so the mothers can't give them an open coffin at the funeral.

    Assuming it is a normal bus then it will only cost them the bus fare.

    It probably isn't though. I used to rent cars and vans to the cops, they've got bottomless pockets.
