Default WTD - Record cleaning machine

Looking to buy a used RCM.

Need to start cleaning my record collection i've amassed over the last few years.

    Moth, VPI, Loricraft etc.

Let me know if you have anything available?

    Cheers,

    Richard.

Hi, I have a MOTH that I am going to sell.

    I’m in West Lancs.

    £240

It is not one of the self assembled versions. Works perfectly.

I have an Okki Nokki in white. Mint condition with little use. Comes with Mo Fi record cleaning brush.

It’s in Hull and I will be travelling west along the M62 in the not too distant future.

They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

    Ah, ok.

    Moth RCM sounds interesting.

    As does the Okki Nokki.

Never used either, and I guess they pretty much do the same thing to the same standard? Anyone have experience with either before I commit to buying one?

And how far behind a Loricraft are they in terms of cleaning?

On an Ultrasonic track, a member DIY's the Velvet Vortex. The best cleaner I've used by far.

I've cleaned over 200 of my own records , my collection started 40 years ago and I'm hearing more now than I ever have. The little ball of fluff on the end of the needle has disappeared from all the cleaned records, got to be worth it to prevent needle wear.

You won't get one 2nd hand, but they are reasonably priced.
