    You could copy my idea of having swappable caps.

    My DAC has both Jupiter and Dueland copper foils as a choice for the output stage by having two sets of RCA output jacks.

    You could go further by building a separate box with a few different brands of cap not only of differing brand but also differing capacitance.

    When you get fed up with one set, move into the next.

    You will find it more subtle than rolling valves but it just adds flexibility which is super nice.

    The only wat that could happen is if the whole DAC was moved to a much larger case.
    It is crammed pretty tight in there as it is.

    I was just talking about making an extension box for the output stage only, which you could hide away maybe.
