think it only came out in 68(vaccine). The current mmr was I think in 88 or thereabouts,.. anyways, yes supetweeters do affect the sound to a degree, if implemented correctly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bargain Panasonic mini system that I bought recently has super tweeters built into the speakers!
Don’t laugh about it being an all in one mini system, it’s attracted some excellent reviews, and I have to say I’m loving it, ok, possibly not quite as much as the Kavent/Usher combination, but good nonetheless.

I'm Jerry.
My speakers have ribbon tweeter, I believe these give a similar effect to supertweeters. Anyway, the difference is clearly audible. I would'nt go back to standard tweeters.
