Default Selling most of my cd collection (946 cd's)

Selling most of my Music CD collection. 946 Music CD's; Rock, Blues, Jazz, Pop and some country, many "collections" with "various" artists, Doo Wop, Hot Rod music, Blues, etc... Includes the slotted CD storage boxes for all the CD's. Selling the collection as a "whole" collection. Not willing to part out CD's at this time. Reason for selling is I have digitized the collection and do not need the CD's anymore. Most have been played one maybe two times. Have all listed on an MS Excel file. If interested PM me with your e-mail address for a copy. All in excellent condition. All have been on shelves and rarely taken out in a vehicle. Asking $1995.00 or best "REASONABLE" offer.

Unfortunately, a GBP price is mandatory as per selling rules. However, at today's exchange rate, $1995 equates to £1508.94.

As you say, shipping to UK would be uneconomic.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

I am not sure if you are aware of the ramifications of selling cds that you have ripped.

I think the key issue here is legally owned.

I think this is a Mickey Mouse law and one I don’t think that they would try hard to enforce...carry on regardless I say !

It may not be enforced but I think the basis for the law is important: that artists should be compensated for the "fruits of their labour".

It has always seemed wrong to me to to "rip off performers" by ripping their work without owning a legal copy of that work.
