I used to have friends that went to college in Jeff City, if my memory serves. I used to live in the Kansas City North area for about 5 years 1980-1985.

    Steve, Marco,

Been wondering about what you guys had been up to vis à vis your forum adventure. The tone, at first view, is of a high level and I look forward to hanging out and being led to temptation

    For info, the system is:

CDX/XPS/282/Hi/200/B&W CDM1 Se and a Garrard 401, fully slatedeck refurbed with bearing mod, NAS Spacearm and Grado Prestige Gold into a Naim Stageline N.

    all the Best

    Peter

    Peter,

That is a good turntable you have and probably even better than I remember. The SL1210 setup that Marco uses may be better but how do you find out without shelling out?

    Steve,

It's a game, innit ? Guess what, I demmed 555PS, CDS3, Supercap and decided they didn't really make a difference to the music , The dealer was pissed!

But you know playing around with an SL12nn is peanuts compared with that stuff

    So have fun, eh ?

    regards
