    Yes indeed.

I've been with TalkTalk for al ong time since before they took over from AOL and service / experince over the years has been up and down.

At the mo, things have been fine for a while.

Called up today as the price increase is a given and will happen automatically if I do nothing.

Spoke to loyalty some time on the phone.

Basically I managed to get the 'upgrade' to Faster Fibre at the same price as a new customer so £19.95 which is less than I'm currently paying with them for basic 'Fast Broadband' non fibre package so I cant complain really.

Does mean they take over management of the line from BT - no choice in the matter and with the current changes.

Just hoping the transition is smooth and that Fast Fibre works as it should and without hitch going forward.

ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

That is terrible in this day and age - few days would be too much with it used daily and a daughter up to her neck in GCSE study.

I'm praying everything goes as smoothly as pos.

I did ask about likelihood of disruption and was assured shouldnt be any.

I hope that wasnt just TalkTalk talk
