Ha, no. I like the look of valves and the sound tbf but i dont want to be spending on high end KT88's for it every 12 months. Valves are great but there is a lot of upkeep

The pictures show it stood on the Krell, apart from the last one, so it should give an idea of size. 380 mm wide by 290 mm deep.

I've never had to replace a valve. As long as they're sounding OK, I just leave 'em be.

My old Leak Stereo 20 had an odd mix of fifty year old EL84's in it and sounded great!

    Me too!

I know a lot of valves outlive the stuff they are used in, i am only pulling folks legs but valves arent on my horizon. Although that MingDa stuff looks really nice.

Military spec'd output power valves have a usable lifetime of around 10,000 hours. Small signal valves have a useful lifetime of 100,000 hours. Modern valves are far less reliable, and hence have a shorter usable lifetime, because the military market is now very small. In this regard Russian and Czech valves may be better in this regard; so too Chinese-sourced valves, though in my experience and talking to a valve supplier near me, the valves the Chinese export are always very poor in quality and need thorough screening.

Depending on how much you use your amplifier, you can do the maths, but changing the output valves once a year does not seem unrealistic. One of the joys of valve amplification.
