    Yes, ifs good for tubes, hopefully the guy who comes from France will be there. He always has lots of interesting stuff. If henry Durant (Toprepairman) is there, (you cant miss his where's wally red and white jumper) you can even get them tested for a nominal fee.

    If I can kick myself out of bed early enough I will be there. Might be on the lookout for a reasonable solid-state phonostage and the usual secondhand vinyl and gods know what else.

    If anyone is interested I can bring along a built DB1 clone I bought last year off this forum but not longer need. £100 or so.

    im back too,
    nice to meet a few faces,hammer,audio al, vinylspinner,paul doc stewart and beobloke.
    i bought two mil spec valves £18,a norah jones lp and 2 pairs of eichmann bullet plugs £15 and very very nearly bought 4 nos gec kt88 valves but walked away!
