Post Hello fellow Art of Sound enthusiasts + (Sale of Audio Transcription amplifiers)

    Hi all
I am a veteran enthusiast of all things hifi since the late 60's

I have had a number of systems from hand build reconfigured leak amps and pre amps by Glen Croft ,various speaker systems from the massive active Kef LS5/1acs,martin Logan & Quad electrostatics Linn ,Pink Triangle etc turntables..
Currently have a collection of Naim Epos Manticore mantra plus other peripherals

I am having, reluctantly, to downsise my other bits and bobs having moved to a smaller house in the countryside.

I was browsing through the posts and came across a post by Volante a senior contributor , who as a newbie I can't reach directly.
    Link to Volante's post:https://theartofsound.net/forum/show...tery-power-amp

Anyway the subject was his sale of his Audio Transcription Battery powered amplifier.

I happen to own a rare pair of Tri-wired monblocks with a pair of configured tri-wired B&W speakers

I bought these from the maker many years ago with the idea of building a better Speaker aray to take advantage of these extraordinary amplifiers.
I no longer have the room or the energy to finish the project and was wondering if anyone out there would be interested in buying them.

I understand that these are indeed rare beasts..There are a few variations ,integrated ampps and perhaps normal single array monoblocks

They are built like Rolls Royce with very expensive components and are extremely heavy and beautifully built.

I am very interested if anyone has any more information on these particular amps to help in describing the characteristics of battery powerd amplifiers in general.
Great to be a part of of a fascinating group of enthusiasts

Hope you can help me with info
and please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing these lovely rare amplifiers
    Kind regards
    Henry
