I don't think it matters.
Just keep the bananas away from the speaker driver surrounds, because the bananas will gas off, and cause the surrounds to rot

The use of a grounding box, in theory, has a credible mechanism for creating some sort of real effect. Putting bananas on top of speakers doesn't.

The point is, Robin's right. No piece of hi-fi equipment or accessory, the effect of which is remotely credible, should be automatically dismissed as "foo", especially if you have no experience yourself of using it. And if I see anyone here guilty of that behaviour again, it'll be an instant month's ban for those responsible.

That's fine, but it doesn't further or add anything useful to the discussion, nor indeed dismiss the validity of the point Robin made.

This is exactly the sort of product where dealers should offer a sale or return. I would be up for that.

Yup, if they've got confidence in the efficacy of their product, a test sample should be offered and distributed among interested forum members, for their subsequent appraisal. If the product is genuinely any good, and offers high SPPV, justifying its price tag, then it'll do well.

Certainly on AoS, the latter is imperative, as we're not a forum largely populated by people with more money than sense!

tbh, companies in general dont do test ones. some dealers do but not all by any means. A bit sad as i might have bought things more often if they did.
