    Hi all
    I’m new to this place
Looking forward to reading, posting & discussions about great sounding gear, good recordings, great concerts & other hifi/sound stuff

I had a good all naim, bi-amp setup for 21 years, with dynaudio speakers, until I discovered ATC speakers....with resulted in my new setup

    Benchmark dac2 HGC
    Bryston 14B SST2
    ATC SCM100 classic, passive

Mogami cables & DH Labs power cables
    All connected via a Furman P2300IT E

Hi Jesper, great system, right up my street that is.

Those TEAC 501HR players look very good, I quite fancy getting one. How is it sounding?
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

    Hello Jesper. Welcome to AOS.

That's a decent setup you've put together. I bet you're getting some nice sounds.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Hi Martin
I’m no expert on CD players but I just liked it’s featurs, with includes DSD on CD, SACD etc

But to answer your question, I certainly like what I hear, mind you I only use it as a transport
And have never listened to it other then connected to my benchmark

Further down the line, I’d like to try the PS Audio direct stream, I believe there top CD player is called, just to satisfy my curiosity as to how much the “transport” affectes the sound
