Either from me or Mrs. Pony - she's a skilled lip reader, and can read a book just by watching my lips move when I read.

Okay, I'm about 20% into this book, and it's ok. I would describe the humour as "gentle", almost family-friendly! Perhaps he is more entertaining in person (I never saw "The Hotel"), but this doesn't seem to be particularly well written, and excessive use of exclamation marks diminishes its impact somewhat! I don't know if it's entirely his own work, but a different presentation may have helped!

Of course this is just my opinion, but as the subjects covered so far have already made the pages of AOS, with many of our authors (Macca, Geoff Walpurgis, Grant, among others) showing imv sharper wit, I was hoping for a bit more!

Lots of exclamation marks to illustrate my point!

I'm going to stick with it though.
