Scratch that itch and give them a go, and you are not far away.
Listening is the act of aural discrimination and dissemination of sound, and accepting you get it wrong sometimes.

Analog Inputs: Pro-Ject Signature 10 TT & arm, Benz Micro LP-S, Michel Cusis MC, Goldring 2500 and Ortofon Rondo Blue cartridges, Hitachi FT5500 mk2 Tuner

Digital:- Marantz SA-KI Pearl CD player, RaspberryPi/HifiBerry Digi+ Pro, Buffalo NAS Drive

Amplification:- AudioValve Sunilda phono stage, Krell KSP-7B pre-amp, Krell KSA-80 power amp

they are a bit big otherwise i would pop them in the car for you to listen sometime
rfc [ paul coupe ] has worked his magic on many of them and they really are rather good

His loss will be someone else's gain I have owned H1 and H2's many moons ago truly enjoyable loudspeakers and what does £1750 these days not a lot really. In my book a deal is a deal and pulling out is pretty low rent no women would tell me what to buy.

I’ve owned Impulse H1’s and H2’s, powered by Audio Note and Shindo pre power amps. H2’s are exceptional speakers! Simply Amazed that these are still here. Come on folks, wake up and smell the coffee! 62.

Thanks, yes I was a bit annoyed, but I have heard it isn’t uncommon nowadays. Someone else will have them, just like them to go to a good home where they will be listened to and appreciated.

Thanks Mark, well they are back up on eBay as well and quite a few were following them before.

Come on guys I really would like these to go as I want to move on, so I am prepared to let them go for £1600 to an AoS member, that is a really good price for a pair in such great condition.

I re-iterate, as quoted above, they really work great with valve amps as they are very efficient. I have heard a pair driven with single ended class A 300b rated at 8watt and they perform beautifully with loads of volume. Obviously they work equally as well with a solid state amp.
