Customer pics of the recent Ebony armboard I made for his Technics SL-120 deck and Alphason HR100s tonearm.
He's based on Hong Kong and wrote "I am very happy to own it."

A second armpod under construction for a return customer - when one extra arm just won't do

Tube is prepped and 7kgs of lead cast.

These pods are super heavy and stable

Glass Fibre / Polyester resin topped for strength and stability.

Turning the armpod feet from brass.

    3 feet discs ready

Threaded for precision, knurled for grip.

Next up armtube lacquering process underway. This one will be satin black.

    More to follow..

Here's one I finished before Christmas..

African Blackwood armboard for the new Technics SL-1200GR deck.
The arm is an Audiomods series 5 with VTA adjustment. Rega fitting.

It is a tough fit due to the size and position of the VTA adjustment assembly.
The armboard fitting is quite different to the SL -12X0 series too.
    No problem for me

This is a trial fitting pic. Finishing yet to go.

Seen here alongside the original 1200 GR arm.

This one is from the customer all set up and playing

    He is a happy bunny.

I made a template armboard so I can recreate again if anyone wants an ebony or ABW armboard for the SL-1200GR.

    The armpod is ready.
    Will be collected next week.

Atop of the solid ebony armboard is a Audio Technica AT 1005 MkII.
The arm will also be getting a new polished stainless steel armlift carrier - more on that later.

Here is the 7kgs+ pod. Height adjustable +/- 10mm.

Here's a brushed Stainless steel tonearm damper weight, bound for the USA.
Fits atop the Fidelity Research FR64s tonearm. This one features a composite insert that's not too hard and not too soft to dampen any micro vibrations that could occur metal to metal.

Tonearm armpod with ebony armboard and armlift / armclip holder for Audio Technica AT-1005 arm.
    All ready to collect.
The armlift is a new Jelco one which matches and works well. I fit arm clips to the armlift carriers, so it's all self contained.
Robust, height adjustable feet give a good range of adjustability and levelling.

    Another armpod.
    This time in brushed aluminium.
Will have the usual ebony armboard, adjustable knurled brass feet and fitting for an SME V tonearm.
Lead filled as ever for mass and stability.
More to follow as I progress.

Progress on an ebony armboard to fit a Mikro Seiki to a Technics SL-150.
The deck requires quite a deep armboard and has 3 long in reaching lobes where the armboard sits. Engineering hat on and an elegant solution will be found.

Pictured here it is not finished / polished yet.
    Trial fitting on my SL-1210.

The armpod for a SME V is ready.
This has to incorporate the angled phono cable exit underneath.

As usual cast lead filled for mass and stability, three height adjustable soft pad feet and a thick ebony armboard with threaded inserts for easy arm fitting..

    Ships to the Netherlands.

I can make these for pretty much any arm. Even in 3" diameter if space is tight.

More aluminium work this time a massive block arm mount for a Plantine Verdier turntable.

Machined from a 100mm square block of billet aluminium this 100mm high, 85mm wide and 95mm deep block will be ultra rigid. It's pretty heavy too.

SME arm ready with threaded bolt holes.

Some pics of finished product & materials / under progress.
