I listen mainly to EDM and continuous mixes are affected where there’s no gapless playback

About 'gapless playback': On some recordings a track will segue into the next track, without a break in the music. Having gapless playback will enable this to be played correctly, otherwise there will be a gap in the music where there shouldn't be.
Edit: I see I may be repeating something that has already been clarified here.

At least there was a gap so you'll get away with it

Currys still seem to have them in some areas - still at 30.
