OS Mojave for Apple Mac...
Just upgraded from OSX to the latest version of Mojave (yes I know, rather late to the party, but I always put these things off in case of any teething problems), but I have to say I'm impressed with the new features, especially Dark Mode - and Siri, which is rather fun!

heard mojave was good. saw it on a new imac in pc world. screen was terrific but at nearly 2k it should be.

Yeah, the Retina displays are fantastic, which Mojave makes the most of, and the one on my Macbook Pro is a 15-incher... AoS has never looked so good, lol
Had this lappy now, from new, for nearly 4 years, and it's not lost a beat - never had a moment's trouble. I find with computers that you usually get what you pay for.
Not had a problem so far with Siri understanding me - perhaps my Scottish accent is softening?

Funny we downloaded Mojave last night too. Like the Dark mode except when you open a web page the contrast of bursting into a white background can be a bit jolting.

Yup it's not overly Scottish. Mine is although not overly incomprehensible. I it's deep tho so often what gets said rolls a bit. I I've got 2 hp, s. A pavilion and a zbook which is terrific. Marco.I have been using Siri for quite a long time now as it is on the iPad and iPhone. It has only just come to the Mac. Useful and quick if you need to get info on something without having to work to hard. It can be a bit hit and miss but when it works well it's great.

I like how Siri syncs with music stored on your Mac (or iTunes), which with a simple command (music selection request) I can hear played instantly through the speakers in my system, which Mojave has 'detected', via my (WiFi connected) Sony AV amp

I'm inactive.
Haven't got around to it yet ... usually wait a good while and then upgrade a backup copy on a separate disk and run with that for a while before committing the OS partition.
'Named' upgrade cost me an M-Audio firewire mixer a couple of years back so always cautious ....
