Lol... Ok, I was aware of Ripping Yarns, but haven't seen much of it, as it's a bit before my time (at least when I'd have been old enough to appreciate it).

There a few different versions of "Time Out - Dave Brubeck"

The 1990 version is far better than the remastered 2004 (?) Version that I was just listening to.

Maybe that's where I went wrong yesterday.

I was using the term generically. I have used this service for years when I was living overseas. Great on my 4k monitor and no trees had to die in the reporting of this story ....

As for Tidal, I've had no issues with it whatsoever. It's always sounded great to me, and significantly better than Spotify, which sonically I find rather disappointing...

Especially any of the 'Master' recordings on Tidal, which sound stunning. Outside of that, I've also noticed that recently, after some updates, the little green Hi-Fi logo is now permanently illuminated, which didn't happen before, via Chromecast.

Ah, I see. I was wondering!

I still see the paper ones for sale in shops though, although no idea who buys them. Probably old folks who don't own a phone or computer.
