    Default Horseshoes to RCA cable

This is a ridiculous question, I realize. But I am trying to get a turntable I recently bought up and running. Luckily the problem I had with the left channel was as easy as replacing the cable with, ahem, two of these:

    Obviously, these sound fecal.

Is there a "good" replacement that you recommend?

    Thanks in advance.

Mmm, I'm not sure if those are commercially available, but to be honest if you buy a decent set of interconnects it would only take a couple of moments to desolder one pair of phono plugs and replace each one with a pair of spade terminals. The terminals should be easy to get at a Maplin type place (or Radioshack as you guys have).
