    Default Grado GS1000e

Going to get a 'used' set sometime in the new year. Hope they will sound good.

    Any 1000 fans on here?

They will sound fantastic as they are voiced alot like the RS 1 but more open and deeper bass, so I'm told . And they will build your neck muscles too.

I am told they are way more detailed than the RS1 , not rolled off at the top either .
Let me know your thoughts when you get them. The E is the 3rd generation ,drivers de- stressed, better coils and cones, everything is upgraded internally. My first Grado MM was an F3 .
My fist Grado headphones SR80 I think in 93.
