What I don't understand is, if sexualitity isn't a choice (and I believe it isn't, if you are gay you are gay) what the hell does it matter how you are raised? Surely you'll be gay/straight/bi/not interested whether you are raised gender free or not.

I may sound old and ignorant, but I see the gender fluid brigade as a branch of the flat earth society. For some reason they seem to want to be angry with the rest of us for believing in science.

Thanks for the tips, hunny. I'll be sure to try that. Yes, I was using the tampons singly, but had popped on some Tena Lady pants, as back-up, (the nice peach ones that make you feel feminine), but discovered I'd put them on back to front

I do try, but the more I see the likes of internet influencers, social media stars and idiotic pranksters (morons) being lauded the more I despair. I worked with a bunch of women in their early twenties a couple of years ago, their heros were Katie Price and Kim Kardashian. They were a nice bunch at heart, but they were also vain and obnoxious. I just don't know where the next generation of society is heading. Who of any worth do young people look up to now? What worthwhile aspirations do "millennials" have?

Dolly? That's a nice name, I call my inflatable doll Ginger.

The bit about the back-to-front Tena pants reminds me of a party I once went to. I got very drunk, and eventually passed out. I don't remember anything after that, but the next morning I found that my underpants were on back to front. All the women had long since left, and all the blokes were studiously avoiding eye contact with me.

I got lots more party invites after that, but I decided to avoid absinthe for a while because it gave me a sore bum.

I would agree with you - but only if those people whose sexuality is not heterosexual, are raised knowing that there is nothing wrong with them; that it is perfectly natural. But sadly that is often not the way they are raised - to the confusion and upset of the person involved.

I think there is a segment of confused adults " let me help them", "If you have outboard plumbing , twig and berries you are a MALE".
"If you have inboard plumbing " Must sit down to pee" you are Female".
If you have both you are a Hermaphrodite . Any questions?

And what will trying to find your gender from a choice of 63 do to alleviate that confusion?

I have never had any problem with people of other genders, even been chatted up enough times too, and have always had the same regard for others, judging them by what they do, not who they are. So I won't have myself being thought of as some kind of caveman because I'm unwilling to learn about the 63 (63!) variations just to appease those who will always find something to complain about. Up with this I will not put.

If the intention is to try to eradicate prejudice and bullying, they're really not doing themselves any favours.

Apologies if I'm missing the point here, I do that quite a lot.
