Didn't manage to find a menu for our Christmas dinner. But I needn't have worried, I ate every last bit of it! I think I tend to be put off by the ingredients which in this case were largely unfamiliar. The end result was delicious, so I'm probably better off not knowing what goes into it.
Oh and my chosen main course was...goose! Quite strong tasting and pretty dark coloured but in no way fatty or greasy. Presentation was a bit strange - pieces stacked Jenga-style on a bed of potato and-god-knows-what mash, as well as all the trimmings. Delicious! Spoilt me a bit though, I informed Anita that for me turkey is history from now on
