Default Mission 774 Tonearm - Cardas wired Arm Tube

    Hi,

No longer needed so I’ve decided to sell this Mission 774 Tonearm, Cardas rewired armtube and comes with a heavier counterweight as the standard one has had a brass weight fitted to it ( see photo )

Output cable/connection WILL need tidying and resoldering to the little pub board under the base plate, and there is a scrape on one side of the arm base ( see photo ), comes with one larger pin for the dampening trough.

Has been used on my Michell Focus One TT in the past and was working fine, but on removal the badly soldered joints on the baseplate pcb came away and I don’t have the skill to fix prior to sale. I might get my Son in Law to repair it as he’s pretty good with stuff like that, but otherwise it’s sold as is. The Cardas rewire for the arm tube was about £120 on it’s own.

£275 inc postage which is a good bit less than I paid for it.

The head has been drilled to accept any cartridge.

Really good memories of owning one of these.

That base plate is definitely in need of a little tidy but well well worth it for the price.

If the new owner wants it tidied up, I'm happy to help.

Thanks for that offer of helping any buyer, I'll not be too disappointed if it doesn't sell, but it's sitting here doing nothing and I'd rather it was being used that just lying in a drawer.

No problem. It's an arm worth hearing and should the need for tidying it up be holding it back, that would be a great shame.

    Happy to help

It is. There's nothing else at this kind of money that comes close.

Sale currently on hold as the cable/connector is away for repair/upgrade.

Back up for sale as the connector has been repaired/rewired with Oli's Spotfire cable and Amphenol plugs.

The new cable means the arm is ready to fit at soon as you receive it

I'm going to do a fresh advert so ignore this one
