Confusing photo. I thought you'd added some sort of tweeter array to them for a minute!

I thought so. They need work, at least two panels. I'll strip em completely rebuild them, new caps and clamps, new socks etc. Something for the winter, keep me busy.

Started stripping them today. 1st bass panel off one unit peppered with small arc holes. That'll need a new membrane fitting. A glue failure on one edge of the membrane allowed the membrane to go slack enough to touch the stator.
So far the other panels don't seem to have arcing holes in them but a lot of the panels have glue failure between the stators and the matrix. Hopefully these haven't yet caused the membranes to arc on those panels.
Best case, I need to have Misterdog redo one panel with a new membrane and we glue the others. Worst case all the panel with matrix/stator glue failure need redoing. That'll be a pain in the arse, 6 panels totally stripped, new membranes to fit, stretch, glue, coat, test- recoat etc.
Could be a long winter.
Still, only £200 and a shit load of learning.

I'm Richard.
That’s pretty minimal Simon - I’d be tempted to re-glue all stators and then test before anything else.
