Default Sweep tubes, double pentodes ,beam tubes or T.V. line deflection tubes extinct ?

Has the mighty Raytheon and RCA 6LQ6 gone forever?
Also what has come of the 6MJ6 and 6JE6C?
The 6LQ6 could out put 50 watts all by its self all day long, When I was into short wave ,I had one amp that used 12 of these tubes. What a beast!
They made 10,12 and very rare 14 tube versions of the Phantom.
I also had a Dentron GLA 1000 that could out put 1000 watts with 50 watts input.

The MC 3500 loved by the Grateful Dead used 8 6LQ6 tubes and produced 350 watts RMS .
My favorites where the Raytheon as they could really modulate and could be over driven with no ill effect.
RCA was a very good second choice but just didn't sound like the Raytheon's.
A picture of an old 6LQ6 I still keep around for old time sake.

A look at what was a great past .
Please post pictures and links to the great gear that once used these awesome tubes.

I would love to have a 6LQ6 50w x2 integrated, what would that be a SEP amp?
