Fs: B&w DM110

B&W DM110 £65 collected (or arrange own courier).

Need to clear out some speakers.

First up a nice pair of B&W DM110s in black ash with grills and in good condition (some minor age related marks).

Just been playing this via the Radford STA25 and the Sugden Masterclass amps. Shockingly good! Very musical, good level of detail and overall balance. Whilst the bass drivers don't go down super low they produce a good image. Transients handled very well. Highs sing.

These date from 1984 (approx).

Would make a good study/bedroom speaker. Or alternatively if you are putting together a budget system for a friend/neighbour/colleague/family member.

Did think of recapping these but quite honestly they sound great as is. But the recap would be super easy - just 3 caps each (10uF, 8uF and 7uF). Crossovers easy to get to.

All drivers working just fine.

Free beverage/biscuits on collection (London N2). If you wish to arrange your own courier I'm sure I can find suitable well protected packaging.

I bought a pair of these brand new in 1985. They saw me well until about 1993. STILL wish I hadn't sold them. I'd buy these but I already have way too many pairs of speakers. GLWTS, someone will be very happy with this pair.
