Ahh ok, thought it would of been odd having a 20yr old active Canadian speaker there! I was actually in Leamington Spa the day of the show attending a Wing Chun seminar. Had i known about the show, i would've popped in. Never been to a hifi show.

I have to agree, I was at that show and there were some grating sounds from then fashionable brands like Aspara et al. The Hart two box design may be compromised in engineering terms and all wrong and back to front, but it sounded OK though agreeably not stellar. But it was a welcome respite from the surrounding earache frankly. Price is better left out of the equation though...

I think it fair to say since then the quality of performance has gone the wrong way while the cost has gone up, which is not the best way to go.
