Further to my last comment, please remember this is a wanted thread, if you want to discuss the pros and cons of BMU's, best start a thread
This is an old chestnut that has been gone over on this forum ad nauseum. I built my own BMU with two pole protection on both the primary and secondary, this makes it safe to use as any fault in the equipment will trip both legs of the supply.
The OP can specify the same from Airlink.
“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

Hi Mike
Probably more than u wanna spend but I’ve been making a bunch of balanced supplies lately after building a monster AC/DC 50kg beast for myself, I had been asked by others to do something for them. These are half that weight thankfully and less than half the size but have been going down incredibly well with people. U can’t beat a balanced supply for what it offers but most use inferior transformers and look crap to boot.
This particular one was requested with one unbalanced socket as well as five balanced ones
If anybody can make these pictures work properly, full size and not just links I’d appreciate it!
