We'll get a Stannah Stairlift put in for you oldies. Most of the rest of you could probably use the exercise if the bake-off photos are anything to go by.

    Catty!

I like the Stannah idea though, it could have a turbo setting for ejecting undesirables.

Yes good idea. Also a stainless-steel bridge over a pool of sharks. With no guard rails. And the bridge is collapsible.

I mean come on, it's already sounding like the best country ever.

We're gonna need some rules. Could start with 'no slipping smelly ones out without a warning' and 'no ebay buying when you're really pissed'.

No the whole point is you keep that crap to a minimum. I said before: no robbing, no killing, no punching below the waist. That's it. Otherwise, whatever it is, you sort it out amongst yourselves.

BTW Everyone will have a detached house with a purpose built listening room in the grounds. Golden ratio.

Yes, beginning to sound good now isn't it?

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

And Magnum-style Ferraris for matching with the sub-tropical setting.

Might not be able to get both for everyone though. Not straight away.
