Nice one, Andrew. I didn't even realise that such speeds were available!

    Enjoy when it comes!

I mean their customer service. If your system goes wrong, they are utterly inept, IME.

Yeah, I know what you mean, as I've experienced that a couple of times at the beginning when I needed to call them. There's a big difference though between their call centres in India or Ireland, and if you're lucky to get through to the latter, it's a different ballgame

Recently ordered a brand new virgin set up on Friday, all fitted by engineer 4 days later. Brilliant service . Only had good service in several locations.
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

Dropped nearly £40pm on my mobile contract on renewal, as it happened my VM broadband was up at the same time, so upgraded that.
All said n done, I'm nearly 30 quid a month better off and there's this...
