Lol.... No worries, I watched them install our set-up, from start to finish, and saw the process involved and materials used.
It was rather interesting, and the lads who did the job were really friendly and helpful, probably helped by the fact I was keeping them going in cake and cappuccinos, which they said were better than what they get in Costa!
They did a great job, and the attention to detail they paid to getting all the cables installed as neatly and invisibly as possible was first class. What lets Virgin down is their truly appalling/hopeless customer service department, based in India. It's literally a complete waste of time contacting them in the event of an issue, as nothing EVER gets done!
Thank goodness, the rep who sold us our package gave us his mobile number, and told us to call him directly with any problems, and he'd sort it out, which to his credit he's done. I'd advise anyone moving to Virgin to do the same. That's the only caveat I'd add, as the TV/phone/Internet and movies/sports service itself is excellent.
