Default FS: Living Voice Auditorium Speakers - 94 dB

I am selling my Living Voice Auditorium speakers

I never thought I would ever sell these LV's as they sound so good, however as I no longer own low output valve amps they are no longer required and I need to finance another hifi purchase

These Auditoriums are in really excellent condition and, of course, work 100% perfectly. The grills are also perfect

The are 94 dB sensitive so are perfect for low output valve amps. I ran them with 8w of 300b SET amp and they sounded wonderful

They are bi-wireable but the bi wire jumpers are not included in the sale as these are my pair of NAC A5's which I need to keep hold of. The best, and most affordable, jumpers that I've used are these ones from Mark Grant:

    https://www.markgrantcables.co.uk/uk...ade-to-banana/

I have the original boxes for the speakers but as the boxes are not in perfect condition the LV's are for pick up only from Portsmouth

They are complete with their original metal plinths. I think these plinths are supposed to be detachable but I've never tried to do that as they seem pretty well attached to me

I would like £400 for the Auditoriums which I think is a bargain for their sound quality

I have these listed on eBay as well and I've had messages saying I've underpriced them so people might think there is something wrong with them...

Well maybe I have underpriced them but I can assure everyone they have absolutely no faults whatsoever and are working 100% and as they should be. The condition is also excellent, as stated

I need to sell them to fund something else and thought £400 was a fair price for them to sell quickly

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

    Thanks everyone for your replies

Yes Gazjam I did see those ones at Emporium at £1,200, they are the MKII's but I didn't think there was that much difference between those and my MKI's... actually for completeness does anyone know what the differences were ?
