I would personally choose the QED over the Van den hul which i think sound a little safe.
If your budget can stretch a little there's Chord Clearway on ebay second hand, much better i think!!!

Not sure what your budget is but you are welcome to join the loan list and have a no obligation listen to my cables.

All that's asked is you share your thoughts on them when you're done.

I’ve tried lots of posh/ expensive ic’s that have cost up to £600 a 1 metre pair.
    You know what?
You don’t need to spend silly money to get amazing results.
Try some Klotz ones (various plugs are often used) and its a forum member that makes them up.
    Sorry, I’ve forgotten his name!

Don't go with the Klotz, if you want cheap but good, Sommer Carbocab 225 is better. Can be made equally as cheap and will sound better.

I've made a fair few of these for people, let me know if you need any.

Ah, so there’s a new kid on the block eh!

I’ve been out of swapping interconnects for around a year now, so I’m a little behind, but the Klotz was indeed the flavour the time.

Carbokab is the budget cable to go for.

It all depends on the system and the users “taste”.
There is no one interconnect that will suit an individual with a particular system in a specific room with a different taste to you.

The Carbokab 225 is not bad. The Klotz MC5000 is pretty good, and then we have the Mogami, Van Damme, Gotham etc. The interconnect cables make a small small difference in the grand scheme of things, so try and borrow a few and select one that you like.
