Hint... it's worth putting central heating on occasionally through the summer, just for half hour not so, to keep pump etc 'free'. We also get ours serviced then to try to avoid nasty surprises.
Was a lovely day here yesterday, went to National Botanical Gardens with children and grandchildren, precious time.
