    A quality aspect indeed, make sure the seller understands they need to be well wrapped or boxed. The insurance a lot of these guys have is worthless.

    Does the price look good, I thought so? I thought that was closer to the going rate for the 50s (even a little low for those) rather than the 80s.

    I thought your wife had a car Lawrence? BR7 to N21 is 25 miles it's not exactly Timbuktu and back.

    Those are enormous and extremely heavy.

    Possibly my favourite IMF though, the sound quality was superb. Truly reference standard at the time.

    One of the few speakers of the time that I'd rank as up there with the contemporary big Tannoys. The Celestion Ditton 66 was a great speaker of that era, but the TLS80 would run circles around it (only in my opinion of course ).
