Electric scooters will very soon be road-legal, but with strict limitations. From July 4 2020, it will be legal to ride a scooter on roads, cycle paths and cycle lanes, but only if it's part of a hire scheme. If you own an electric scooter yourself, it will be illegal to ride it anywhere except private land, with permission from the land-owner.

I've seen a few youths bombing about on them over the summer so I just wondered.
    Legally? No.

    Positively? Yes.

Most Policemen & Policewomen are rational especially when you have a good chat with them.

My only joy from this is the threat it poses to Saudi and its friends.

Yeah there are quite a few non-rentals around. I even saw and electric unicycle locally right in the middle of Weston-super-mare. The EUCs can be fast, easily capable of keeping up with traffic.

If you find yourself in a car behind one keep your distance. If he bails you need to be able to stop, whether he is on it legally or not.

Can you fit an electric wheel on both the front and back of a bike? Might make things a little more interesting. I've been looking at conversion kits.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Yes of course. Look at YouTube.

Plenty of dual motor scooters around.
