How many inputs and how does it differ from the MkII please?

Also, how many steps on the volume control?

I was using my Tisbury Mk1 pre the other day after not using it for some time. I was amazed at the transparent nature of this pre and how it just lets the music flow in an unconstrained and open way. Some people say that passives can be 'soft' - not so the Tisbury.

When Wes at Tisbury released his Mk2 I asked him if I should 'upgrade'. He was honest to say that the Mk2 from an electrical point of view there was zero difference and unless I really needed the features on the MK2 I should not bother.
