    I'm Chris.

    Default Does this exist.

I am looking to create a subwoofer system using a very specific set of requirements for the sub amplifier, but does such a thing exist?

    1. High level inputs from speaker terminals of main amp.
    2. DSP for maximum flexibility on the low pass filter
    3. Amplification should be best SQ but probably can cope with 50 W/channel minimum. (Class A/B or D Class?).
    4. No thump at turn on.

    Any ideas.

Depends on your budget I guess, but a Dynaudio Sub 6 should fit the bill.
